I love renovations, seeing a warehouse that was once for manufacturing clothes turn into someone's unbelievable loft. Or just an 1800/early 1900-century home, restored for another family to continue to laugh and make memories in. 

Being built in 1916, I am sure there is some sort of historical reference, but nonetheless this penthouse sure does fit the bill for location uniqueness that I just had to share.
