I love renovations, seeing a warehouse that was once for manufacturing clothes turn into someone's unbelievable loft. Or just an 1800/early 1900-century home, restored for another family to continue to laugh and make memories in.
Being built in 1916, I am sure there is some sort of historical reference, but nonetheless this penthouse sure does fit the bill for location uniqueness that I just had to share. This 6,813 square-foot residence has three bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and most impressively four 14-foot glass clock faces. All of which offer 360-degree panoramas, with views of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan Bridge and the East River. Major views girl here - so this makes me giddy! And after five and a half years on the market, starting at $25 million, reduced to $18 million it is now pending, so someone is finally going to enjoy those views!
